How To Make pork chops with mushroom rice
-
1Brown pork chops in skillet. Remove them and set aside.
-
2In same skillet add olive oil and onion. Cook long enough for onions to start softening a little bit.
-
3Add mushrooms to the skillet and when they start to turn darker add garlic and Worcestershire sauce. When mushrooms and onions are soft and done pull the skillet off the burner.
-
4In a 9 inch round baking dish with lid or 8 x 8 baking dish that you can cover with foil add mixture from skillet and rice. Stir them together.

5In microwave safe dish add beef broth and beef base. Heat for about 90 seconds to dissolve the base then stir it together.
-
6Pour broth in the baking dish over the rice mixture.
-
7Place pork chops on top.
-
8Cover with lid or aluminum foil.
-
9Bake at 350° for approximately 45 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and the rice is done.
