pork chop & potato casserole
I have made this recipe for my family for years...It is very easy..not a lot of ingreidients, but oh so tasty...My hubby always welcomes this dish when I tell him what is for dinner.

Ingredients
- 6 - pork chops (center cut, thin)
- 6 medium potatoes, medium
- 2 large onions, vidalia, peeled
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- dash pepper
- dash salt
How To Make pork chop & potato casserole

Step 1Pan sear the pork chops just to brown, Do not over cook. They will cook in the oven

Step 2Slice potatoes to make thin round slices Slice onions to make rings

Step 3In a 9x13 casserole, arrange 1/2 of the potatoes to cover bottom of casserole. arrange 1/2 of onions over potatoes. Generously salt & pepper the layer. Pour 1/2 of the soup over the layer. Repeat the layer again. Arrange the pork chops on top. Cover with lid or foil.

Step 4Bake 60 mins @ 400 degrees or until potatoes are tender.
