Pork Chop & Potato Casserole
6pork chops (center cut, thin)
6 mediumpotatoes, medium
2 largeonions, vidalia, peeled
2 can(s)cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
How to Make Pork Chop & Potato Casserole
- Pan sear the pork chops just to brown, Do not over cook. They will cook in the oven
- Slice potatoes to make thin round slices
Slice onions to make rings
- In a 9x13 casserole, arrange 1/2 of the potatoes to cover bottom of casserole. arrange 1/2 of onions over potatoes. Generously salt & pepper the layer. Pour 1/2 of the soup over the layer. Repeat the layer again. Arrange the pork chops on top. Cover with lid or foil.
- Bake 60 mins @ 400 degrees or until potatoes are tender.
