Ingredients
- 2 packages Bob Evans mashed potatoes
- 1 bag sauerkraut
- 1 tablespoon caraway seeds, optional
- 2 packages polska kielbasa
How To Make polish sausage and sauerkraut casserole

Step 1Heat each container of potatoes in microwave for 3 minutes. Spread on bottom of 9x13 pan.

Step 2Drain sauerkraut and spread on top of potatoes. Shake caraway seeds over the sauerkraut, if using.

Step 3Slice polish sausage into 1/2 inch slices and brown in a skillet on medium high heat on the stove. Spread on top of the sauerkraut layer.

Step 4Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes (until hot).
