  Toast the waffles according to package directions.

  In a large bowl, combine the egg whites, heavy cream, cane syrup, cream cheese and 3 tablespoons Italian seasoning; whisk well until blended.

  Tear the waffles into bite-sized pieces and add the egg white mixture; stir together until combined.

  Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Coat a 9" x 13"- inch casserole dish with cooking spray.

  Spoon the waffle mixture into the casserole dish evenly. Top with sliced pepperoni.

  Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.

  Heat the olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the diced vidalia onion and sliced banana peppers and saute for 5 minutes or until tender.

  Stir in the popcorn chicken, remaining Italian seasoning, and pizza sauce. Reduce to low heat and let simmer 3 minutes.

  Remove from heat. Spoon into the waffle mixture into the casserole dish evenly. Sprinkle with pizza cheese blend.

  Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Cool completely for 5 minutes.
