Don't let the name fool you. This is a great dish. My family started calling it "pig slop" because it has a little bit of everything.

Ingredients
- 4 - frozen chicken breasts, thawed
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- - salt to taste
- - pepper to taste
How To Make pig slop

Step 1Cut up chicken into bite-sized pieces. Cook chicken and onion in a dutch oven with oil. Cook until chicken is cooked through and onion tender.

Step 2Add chicken broth, cream of celery soup, mixed vegetables, and noodles. Mix through. Add salt, pepper and lemon pepper to taste. Bring mixture to a boil.

Step 3Reduce to simmer. Cover and cook for 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender checking and stirring mixture every 10-15 minutes.
