philly cheese and ground beef casserole
These are so good. In my pic I did not use the peppers because my they don't agree with my husband.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 large onion sliced
- 1 large red bell pepper cut into strips
- 1 large green bell pepper cut into strips
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- - salt and pepper
- 1 can pillsbury grands homestyle biscuits
How To Make philly cheese and ground beef casserole

Step 1Heat oven 350 degrees. Spray 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray

Step 2In skillet cook beef, and mushrooms with salt and pepper. Drain and place on bottom of baking pan. Place cheese over top

Step 3In same pan melt the butter and saute the onions, peppers, and garlic until crisp tender. Spoon over cheese mixture.

Step 4Separate the biscuits into 8. Flatten the biscuits a bit. Arrange over vegetable mixture.

Step 5Bake 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown on top
