overnite ham casserole
This recipe is perfect for busy families. All you do is pop it in the oven and it's ready in 1 - 1 1/2 hours! It is also very versatile. I've made it using leftover turkey instead of ham and adding 1 cup of frozen mixed vegetable (thawed) and gravy instead of soup. Also, try it using dried beef and corn .....or, you can also modify it to make tuna noodle (macaroni) casserole! Or really think outside the box and use spaghetti sauce instead of the soup and browned ground beef sauteed with diced green pepper and onion and mozzarella cheese!! Make it your own with your favorite ingredients!
