2 1/2 lblean ground beef

2 tspcrushed garlic
-
2 Tbspsteak seasoning
-
1 pkg(8 ounces) cream cheese,softened
-
3egg whites
-
2 Tbsphoney mustard
-
1green onion,chopped
-
2 Tbspmargarine
-
1 lbwhite mushrooms,sliced
-
1 Tbspsea salt/black pepper
-
6bacon strips,cooked crisp and crumbled
-
2 cshredded swiss cheese
How To Make mushroom & swiss bacon burger casserole?

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2In a large skillet over medium heat.Add ground beef with crushed garlic and cook for 6 minutes until no longer pink:drain.Season with steak seasoning.Remove from heat.

3In a large bowl,combine cream cheese,egg whites,honey mustard and chopped green onion;whisk well for 4 minutes.

4Add ground beef mixture,mix until combined.Spread into the bottom of a 2-quart casserole dish.Press down.

5Heat margarine in a same skillet over medium heat.Add sliced mushrooms and saute for 5 minutes or until are browned.Season with sea salt/black pepper.

6Place on top of ground beef mixture.Scatter bacon pieces over the sauteed mushrooms. Sprinkle with shredded swiss cheese.

7Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
