Ingredients
- 2 lbs - hamburger (raw)
- 1 lb - sliced potatoes (raw)
- 1 small sliced onion (raw)
- 2 large cans cream of chicken soup
- A little cup milk
- 1-2 bag frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 bag frozen meatballs instead of hamburger
How To Make mom's hobo stew

Step 1Crumble a layer of hamburger in the bottom of a13*9 cake pan. Put a layer of potatoes and onions over the hamburger.

Step 2In a large mixing bowl combine the cream of chicken soup and milk. Stir until combined. Add the frozen vegetables. Stir.

Step 3Pour half of the soup mixture over the potatoes and onions. Keep layering all of the ingredients until gone

Step 4Cover with foil. Bake at 350° until potatoes and hamburger are done. Stir halfway through baking.
