I love easy recipes like this one, and it is also good! However, as I personally do not like olives, I omit them.

- 1 large package tortilla chips
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 can black olives, pitted and chopped
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 pound ground chuck
- 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 small can chili peppers, chopped
- 1 cup chopped onion

Step 1Fry onion and meat until brown. In bowl, mix sour cream, cottage cheese and peppers. In another bowl, mix olives, meat, onion, and tomato sauce. Crush chips.

Step 2Arrange in layers, chips in bottom, layer of meat, sour cream mix, chips, layer of cheese. Keep layering, ending with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min.
