Ingredients
- 1 rotisserie chicken, deboned and shredded
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can rotel tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 soup can chicken broth
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 1 medium bag doritos, nacho flavored
- 1 small pkg. velveeta cheese (8 oz)
How To Make mexican dorito casserole

Step 1Prepare chicken. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2Combine broth and soups together and mix well. In a 13 x 9 prepared casserole dish, put a layer of slightly crushed doritos. Place a layer of chicken on top followed by a layer of 1/2 onions and 1/2 cubed velveeta.

Step 3Repeat layer again using remainder of ingredients. Pour soup mixture over final layer of casserole and then pour the rotel over that layer. Push liquid into corners, making sure liquid is evenly distributed.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, stirring lightly with a fork halfway through cooking process.
