Ingredients
- 3-4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 medium carton ricotta cheese, or cottage cheese if prefered
- 1 package frozen, chopped spinach, thawed & drained
- 1 package jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained
- 1 large good quality marinara sauce from a jar
- 1 - frozen italian style meatball per shell, costco ones work great.
- - a sprinkle of salt, pepper and some penseys old world seasoning make it great!
How To Make meatballs in the shell

Step 1Preheat oven to 350°F. Pour the marinara sauce over the bottom of a glass casserole dish.

Step 2Combine cheeses, seasonings and cooked spinach. Stuff into the shells, push one meatball into each shell. Arrange in the baking dish.

Step 3Cover and bake for about 30 minutes or until heated through. Yield: 12 - 14 servings
