Ingredients For macaroni and cheese meatloaf casserole

  • 1 c
    ketchup
  • 1/2 c
    bbq sauce, your favorite
  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 4 c
    garlic, minced
  • 30
    Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 pkg
    Lipton onion soup mix
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 3 c
    macaroni
  • 2 c
    milk
  • 1 can
    cheddar cheese soup (10.5 oz)
  • 4 c
    shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper

How To Make macaroni and cheese meatloaf casserole

    Mix the ketchup and BBQ sauce together and set aside. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 inch pan.

    In a large bowl add the ground beef, garlic, crackers, onion soup mix, and eggs. Mix well. Then add half the ketchup mixture.

    Press it into the bottom of the prepared pan. Spread the remaining ketchup mixture over top.

    Bake for 30 minutes.

    Start a saucepan of salted water on the stove and bring it to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook until done.

    In a large bowl mix the milk and soup. Stir in the cooked macaroni, salt, pepper, and half the cheese.

    Remove the meatloaf from the oven and spoon the macaroni mixture over top.

    Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and bake 30 more minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes then enjoy
