Ingredients
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup bbq sauce, your favorite
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 4 cups garlic, minced
- 30 Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 package Lipton onion soup mix
- 2 large eggs
- 3 cups macaroni
- 2 cups milk
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup (10.5 oz)
- 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper
How To Make macaroni and cheese meatloaf casserole

Step 1Mix the ketchup and BBQ sauce together and set aside. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 inch pan.

Step 2In a large bowl add the ground beef, garlic, crackers, onion soup mix, and eggs. Mix well. Then add half the ketchup mixture.

Step 3Press it into the bottom of the prepared pan. Spread the remaining ketchup mixture over top.

Step 4Bake for 30 minutes.

Step 5Start a saucepan of salted water on the stove and bring it to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook until done.

Step 6In a large bowl mix the milk and soup. Stir in the cooked macaroni, salt, pepper, and half the cheese.

Step 7Remove the meatloaf from the oven and spoon the macaroni mixture over top.

Step 8Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and bake 30 more minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes then enjoy
