Sandy made for Breya's 11th birthday party, and it didn't last long!

Ingredients For mac & cheese, breya's bd party, sandy (same as new

  • 2 c
    uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 c
    butter, cubed
  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    sour cream (8oz)
  • 8 oz
    velveeta, cubed
  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar

    Boil macaroni, to package directions. Meanwhile in large saucepan melt butter, stir in flour until smooth. Add milk gradually. Bring to boil, cook and stir 2 min. Reduce heat, stir in sour cream, Velveeta, parmesan, salt, mustard and pepper until cheese melted and smooth.

    Drain macaroni, toss with cheddar cheese. Transfer to 3 quart baking dish. Add Velveeta cream sauce, mix well. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees 35-40 min. Or until golden brown and bubbly.
