Ingredients

  • 1 - 9.75 ounces bag of nacho cheese dorito's, crushed
  • 1 lettuce head, shredded
  • 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 1/2 cups grated mexican-style cheese
  • 6 1/2 ounces can chopped mushrooms
  • 1 small can black olives
  • sour cream (optional)

How To Make loaded taco salad casserole

  • Step 1
    Gather and prepare your ingredients.
  • Step 2
    Brown ground meat in large saute pan.
  • Step 3
    Add onions, mushrooms, black olives and taco seasonings to the ground meat. Let cook until well done.
  • Step 4
    In large baking pan, add the lettuce, tomatoes and Dorito's.
  • Step 5
    Pour ground meat mixture in with lettuce, tomatoes and Dorito's and mix well.
  • Step 6
    Add cheese and mix well.
  • Step 7
    Add to 350° oven until cheese melts.
