I whipped this up last night for supper and it was awesome, so awesome there was no left overs, my family loved it

Ingredients

  • WHAT YOU NEED

  • ·
    2 lbs hamburger cooked and drained
  • ·
    6 potatoes shredded
  • ·
    1 onion shredded
  • ·
    2 cans mushrooms drained
  • ·
    2 cans green bean or yellow beans drained (i used a can of each )
  • ·
    2 cans mushroom soup
  • ·
    4 cans milk ( i used the soup can)
  • ·
    salt and pepper

How to Make Lisa's Comfy Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350. In a roasting pan or big casserole dish mix all ingredients together well. Cover and cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. Stirring every 30 min.
