Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 teaspoons Korean chili flakes
- salt and pepper
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cups beef or chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 8 ounces pasta of choice
- 1 cup Kimchi, drained and chopped
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 teaspoons Gochujang
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- chili crisp, for garnish
How To Make kimchi mac & cheese

Step 1Add the olive oil to a large pot. Add the onion and sauté 3 minutes.

Step 2Add the ground beef and garlic and cook. Break up the beef and cook until the meat is no longer pink. Stir in the Korean chili and honey.

Step 3Make a well in the middle of the meat and add the tomato paste. Let cook about 3 minutes.

Step 4Add the beef stock and soy sauce. Bring to a boil.

Step 5Add the pasta. Lower heat, cover, and simmer about 15 minutes until the pasta is cooked.

Step 6Stir in the Kimchi, Gochujang, and fish sauce.

Step 7Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve with a little chili crisp on top.
