Ingredients For kimchi mac & cheese

2 Tbspolive oil

1 lbground beef
-
2 tspKorean chili flakes

salt and pepper

1 mdonion, chopped

4 clovegarlic, minced

1/4 ctomato paste
-
2 Tbsphoney
-
3 cbeef or chicken stock
-
2 Tbspsoy sauce
-
8 ozpasta of choice

1 cKimchi, drained and chopped
-
2 cshredded sharp cheddar cheese
-
2 tspGochujang
-
1 Tbspfish sauce
-
chili crisp, for garnish
How To Make kimchi mac & cheese

1Add the olive oil to a large pot. Add the onion and sauté 3 minutes.

2Add the ground beef and garlic and cook. Break up the beef and cook until the meat is no longer pink. Stir in the Korean chili and honey.

3Make a well in the middle of the meat and add the tomato paste. Let cook about 3 minutes.

4Add the beef stock and soy sauce. Bring to a boil.

5Add the pasta. Lower heat, cover, and simmer about 15 minutes until the pasta is cooked.

6Stir in the Kimchi, Gochujang, and fish sauce.

7Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve with a little chili crisp on top.
