I started making this for my family when my daughters were teenagers. They loved it. Also made it for many potluck luncheons at work.

Yum! This nacho casserole is easy and super tasty. Set out your favorite nacho toppings and let the family customize their plate. This is one easy dinner recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 package McCormick taco seasoning
  • 1 package Mexican blend shredded cheese (8 ounces)
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 jar chunky salsa (8 ounces)
  • - crushed Tostitos

How To Make jean's nacho casserole

  • Step 1
    Brown ground beef. Add taco seasoning. Also add the jar of salsa and mix well.
  • Step 2
    Add corn and black beans to the hamburger mixture.
  • Step 3
    Spray 2 quart casserole dish with cooking spray. Put half of the hamburger mixture in the dish. Top with some crushed Tostitos.
  • Step 4
    Top this with half of the cheese. Sprinkle more Tostitos. Then add the rest of the hamburger mixture. Top with rest of cheese.
  • Step 5
    Bake in oven at 350 until cheese is melted.
