Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 package McCormick taco seasoning
- 1 package Mexican blend shredded cheese (8 ounces)
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 jar chunky salsa (8 ounces)
- - crushed Tostitos
How To Make jean's nacho casserole

Step 1Brown ground beef. Add taco seasoning. Also add the jar of salsa and mix well.

Step 2Add corn and black beans to the hamburger mixture.

Step 3Spray 2 quart casserole dish with cooking spray. Put half of the hamburger mixture in the dish. Top with some crushed Tostitos.

Step 4Top this with half of the cheese. Sprinkle more Tostitos. Then add the rest of the hamburger mixture. Top with rest of cheese.

Step 5Bake in oven at 350 until cheese is melted.
