Ingredients
- 2-3 pounds whole chicken fryer
- 2 -3 cup chopped broccoli
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup half n half cream
- 1/2 cup mozzarella shredded cheese
- 1/2 stick butter melted
- 1/2 tube ritz crackers crumbled
- 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese shredded for the top

Step 1Step 1 Cook a 2-3 lb whole chicken I just put in pot and cover with water add salt n pepper .. cook till done I usually let it come to a boil and turn heat down to med heat and cook about 45 min to hour ( can use a store rotisserie chicken if you want to save time ) Remove from pan let it cool so you can handle it pick all the meat off ...

Step 2Preheat oven 325 Step 2 In a casserole dish Layer 1 place enough chopped broccoli to cover the bottom

Step 3Step 3 Layer 2 place chicken meat over broccoli

Step 4Step 4 Layer 3 put on can of cream chicken soup over chicken

Step 5Step 5 Layer 4 take 1/2 c flour and 1/2 cup milk or cream ( I use cream) mix together stir in 1 cup mozzarella shredded cheese .. spread this over chicken soup

Step 6Step 6 Layer 5 take 1/2 stick butter melted and crumble 1/2 tube of ritz crackers or break up a couple slices of bread and toss in butter stirring till coated ... Sprinkle over the casserole and put a little more shredded mozzarella on top ...
