Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 28 ounces can crushed tomatoes
  • 2 dashes beef broth
  • 1 small jar jalapenos drained
  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded mexican blend cheese

How To Make instant pot taco casserole

  • Step 1
    Select saute on Instant pot. Cook ground beef until no longer pink. Select cancel on instant pot. Stir in the remaining ingredients except cheese.
  • Step 2
    Secure the lid on the instant pot and select manual and adjust the time to 7 minutes. Once the pot beeps done use quick release and carefully remove the cover.
  • Step 3
    Place cheese on top and replace the top but don't secure it and let it sit until cheese is melted.
