Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 28 ounces can crushed tomatoes
- 2 dashes beef broth
- 1 small jar jalapenos drained
- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded mexican blend cheese
How To Make instant pot taco casserole

Step 1Select saute on Instant pot. Cook ground beef until no longer pink. Select cancel on instant pot. Stir in the remaining ingredients except cheese.

Step 2Secure the lid on the instant pot and select manual and adjust the time to 7 minutes. Once the pot beeps done use quick release and carefully remove the cover.

Step 3Place cheese on top and replace the top but don't secure it and let it sit until cheese is melted.
