Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 8 hot dogs, sliced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 1/2 cups beef stock
- 1 cup sour cream
- parsley, for garnish
- 1 pound egg noodles, cooked and drained
How To Make hot dog stroganoff

Step 1Add the butter to a large skillet. Add the onion and hot dogs to the pan. Cook for 5 minutes.

Step 2Add the beef broth. Bring to a boil and let reduce for about 10 minutes. Stir in the sour cream.

Step 3Taste and season with salt and pepper. Serve over noodles. Garnish with parsley.
