Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 cup celery, sliced
- 3/4 cup almonds, slivered
- 1/2 cup black olives, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons onion, grated
- 1 cup mayonaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon pimento, chopped
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 (5oz.) can chow mein noodles, for topping
How To Make hot chicken salad

Step 1Preheat oven to 350'F.

Step 2Combine chicken, celery, almonds, olives, salt, onions, mayonnaise, lemon juice, cheddar cheese and pimento in a large bowl, and pour into a lightly greased 9X11" casserole dish.

Step 3Bake at 350'F. until bubbly; about 25 minutes. Remove from oven.

Step 4Spread 1 (5 oz.) can chow mein noodles over top and bake for another 5 minutes.
