- 3 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup silvered almonds
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained and rinsed (8 oz)
- 2 ribs celery, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 cups coarsely chopped rippled potato chips

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
