Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 3/4 clove onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic
- 1/8 teaspoon thyme
- dash pepper
- 1/2 small bay leaf
- 1 1/2 cups tomato juice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup minute rice
How To Make herbed beef and rice, mom

Step 1Brown meat in oil over high heat. Drain well. Add onions and cook over med heat until tender but not browned. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Simmer 5 min.
