Ingredients
- 4 cups frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 envelope brown gravy mix (0.87 oz)
- 1 cup water
- 10 ounces bag frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup French fried onions
How To Make hamburger hashbrown dinner

Step 1In a bowl, add the thawed hash browns, oil, salt and pepper. Press the hash browns into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pan.

Step 2Cook the ground beef until no longer pink. Stir in the gravy mix and water. Add the vegetables and cook for about 15 minutes.

Step 3Spread the burger mixture over top of the hash browns. Preheat the oven 350 degrees F. Place the pan in the oven for 15 minutes.

Step 4Top with cheese and French fried onions and bake another 5 minutes.
