How to Make Ham Potato & Pea Casserole
- Boil cubed potatoes, onions in salted water til tender.
Prepare white sauce as follows.
- Melt butter in sauce pan, add flour and whisk til smooth, slowly add milk & whisk til thickened heated through. Add salt & pepper to taste.
- Combine potatoes, onions, ham, frozen peas with white sauce, serve piping hot!!
