How to Make Ham Potato & Pea Casserole


  1. Boil cubed potatoes, onions in salted water til tender.
    Prepare white sauce as follows.
  2. Melt butter in sauce pan, add flour and whisk til smooth, slowly add milk & whisk til thickened heated through. Add salt & pepper to taste.
  3. Combine potatoes, onions, ham, frozen peas with white sauce, serve piping hot!!
