  • 8 oz
    egg noodles cooked and drained
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 2 c
    cooked ham chopped
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 2 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 c
    shredded swiss cheese
  • 1 c
    peas thawed if frozen

  • 4 Tbsp
  • 1 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp
    each paprika and garlic powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    black pepper

How to Make Ham Peas and Swiss Cheese Casserole


  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees. Spray a 3 qt. baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Mix all the ingredients except for the topping together and pour in the baking dish.
  3. In a small saucepan melt the butter and add the remaining topping ingredients and cook until browned. Spread on top of noodle mixture.
  4. Bake 20 to 30 minutes
