Ingredients
- 500 grams ground beef, (1 lb)
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 225 grams cheddar cheese, shredded, (8 oz / 1 1/2 cups)
- salt and pepper as desired
How To Make ground beef & eggs casserole

Step 1Preheat your oven to 180° C (350° F), get out a 7x11 baking pan.

Step 2Heat a non stick skillet, when hot, add the beef, onion, and garlic. Cook, breaking up the beef with your spatula, until no pink remains, seasoning with salt and black pepper as desired. Drain any fat.

Step 3While the beef is cooking, add the eggs, cream, mustard powder, salt and pepper as desired, whisk together.

Step 4Add cooked and drained beef to the 7x11 baking pan, spread out evenly.

Step 5Top the beef with the cheese evenly.

Step 6Pour whisked eggs over the beef and cheese.

Step 7Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until the eggs are set in the center and golden brown. When eggs are set, remove from oven and let set for 5 minutes.

Step 8Cut into squares, serve with sides of your choice, enjoy.
