- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup macaroni, uncooked
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 4 ounces canned mushroom pieces drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- - salt and pepper to taste

Step 1Cook macaroni, rinse and drain. Brown meat and onion, drain fat.

Step 2Stir in soup, add milk, ketchup, salt, pepper and mushrooms. Gently blend in sour cream.

Step 3Combine macaroni and meat mixture into greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
