The first recipe of this creation. Garlic Parmesan combined with beef tips and bow-tie pasta in a mac and cheese-type casserole.

  • 16 oz
    bow-tie pasta, uncooked
  • 2 c
    shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 tsp
    garlic pepper
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 1/2 lb
    fresh beef stew meat
  • 1 lg
    vidalia sweet onion, peeled and diced
  • 1 Tbsp
    sea salt mixed with black pepper
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 bottle
    garlic Parmesan sauce, divided
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic butter
  • 1 c
    heavy cream
  • 1 c
    half and half
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened

How To Make garlic parmesan beef tips with bow-tie pasta

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

    Cook bow tie pasta according to package directions.

    Coat a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray. Add 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese and garlic pepper; mix well.

    Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add beef stew meat, saute and sear for 5 minutes or until no longer pink.

    Reduce the heat, stir in sliced vidalia onion, sea salt/black pepper, garlic powder and 1/2 bottle of the garlic Parmesan sauce. Set aside.

    Heat garlic butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add heavy cream, half and half, cream cheese and remaining garlic Parmesan sauce; stir well and let it simmer for 6 minutes until smooth and creamy.

    Add cooked bow tie pasta and beef tips mixture into a prepared baking dish; mix well until combined. Pour the sauce evenly and sprinkle remaining shredded Parmesan cheese. Cover with aluminum foil.

    Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.
