french onion soup chicken casserole
I love French onion soup and a lady from the church was telling me how she made a casserole w/ most of the ingredients for the soup. I made it but w/ a few adjustments and all I hear from the family is..." ooh la la" haha. I wasn't able to get a picture but will soon!

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked, chopped chicken
- 2 - 10 oz cans cream of chicken soup
- 16 ounces ready made french onion dip, chilled
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 12 ounces no yolk "egg" noodles, ( pasta.)
- 2-1/2 cup french's fried onions
How To Make french onion soup chicken casserole

Step 1In medium pot cook noodles as directed and drain. In a large bowl combine noodles, cooked, chopped chicken, both cans of soup, Swiss cheese and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Stir until combined.

Step 2Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. Stir the French onion dip into the noodle mix and then spoon into the baking pan.

Step 3Sprinkle the top w/ the remaining mozzarella cheese and the fried onions. Bake for 30 mins or until all cheese is melted and the casserole is bubbly. .merci!
