flame's famous lasagna
I make special dish for everyone's birthday. My son's is this, if I don't buy him a present it doesn't matter as long as I make plenty of this for his birthday dinner. you can freeze one or two of these after assembly to cook later. just thaw in fridge before baking.

Ingredients
- YOU WILL NEED THESE
- 3 medium cookie sheets
- 3 large aluminum pans
- 4 large mixing bowls
- 1 box heavy duty aluminum foil
- NOODLES COOK SLIGHTLY ONLY TILL LIMP SEPERATE AND SET A SIDE
- 2 boxes one pound boxes of lasagna noodles
- GROUND MEATS COOK TOGETHER AND DRAIN WELL
- 2 pounds hamburger lean meat(only)
- 1 pound ground turkey meat
- 1 pound ground turkey sausage meat
- COOK SEPERATE FROM GROUND MEATS
- 2 packages itialian sausage links(cooked, and cut into quarter shaped size pieces)
- 1 small bag of premade meat balls itialan(heat and slice in half)
- CHEESE PLEASE, MIX US TOGETHER WELL
- 2 large blocks of mozzarella cheese grated(or one very large bag)
- 2 large blocks of moneray jack grated(or one very large bag)
- KEEP HALF OF ME SEPRATE FROM THOSE OTHER SHREDS
- 1 medium block of cheddar cheese grated(or one med bag)
- MIX TOGETHER PLEASE IN A LARGE BOWL
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, fat-free
- 2 large containers of lean ricotta cheese
- 1 large cottage cheese, lowfat
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 package of cream cheese soften(don't skimp here, use philly)
- SAUCE ME PLEASE( MIX TOGETHER)
- 2 large jars of your favorite speghetti sauce(i use one garden chunky from ragu and one onion and garlic)
- I'M SPECIAL KEEP ME SEPERATE FROM THE OTHERS
- 1 can drain well diced tomatoes with basil and garlic
- 1 small jar of speghetti sauce(onion and garlic)
How To Make flame's famous lasagna

Step 1Preheat oven to 350, place one aluminum pan on a cookie sheet for stability. repeat with the other pans as well.

Step 2after cooking and draining your ground meat, place in mixing bowl and add the single jar of spaghetti sauce mixing well to coat all the meat. add your drained can of diced tomatoes set aside

Step 3now in another bowl mix together the sausage and meatballs that you have already sliced up or in half. mix well. set aside.

Step 4in your third bowl you should have mixed all your soft cheeses together making sure there is enough room to add more. You will add 1 cup of your mixed shredded cheese to this bowl mixing well.

Step 5in your fourth bowl you should have your shredded cheese. do not mix all your cheddar in with your white cheeses. save at least 1/2 of the cheddar for last.

Step 6start your layering. bottom of pan place two ladles of your meat and sauce. then your noodles starting the long way in the pan. cover this with a thin layer of your other sauce. now a thin layer of your soft cheese mixture and top with your shredded, then sprinkle a few of the meatball/sausage over the top. this is layer one. repeat in all three pans.

Step 7now second layer: layer as above. continue to top of pan. making sure to end with meatball/sausage. sprinkle with the cheddar cheese.

Step 8bake for 1hr or till all cheese is melted. let stand 5 min before cutting,
