  2. after cooking and draining your ground meat, place in mixing bowl and add the single jar of spaghetti sauce mixing well to coat all the meat. add your drained can of diced tomatoes set aside
  3. now in another bowl mix together the sausage and meatballs that you have already sliced up or in half. mix well. set aside.
  4. in your third bowl you should have mixed all your soft cheeses together making sure there is enough room to add more. You will add 1 cup of your mixed shredded cheese to this bowl mixing well.
  5. in your fourth bowl you should have your shredded cheese. do not mix all your cheddar in with your white cheeses. save at least 1/2 of the cheddar for last.
  6. start your layering. bottom of pan place two ladles of your meat and sauce. then your noodles starting the long way in the pan. cover this with a thin layer of your other sauce. now a thin layer of your soft cheese mixture and top with your shredded, then sprinkle a few of the meatball/sausage over the top. this is layer one. repeat in all three pans.
  7. now second layer: layer as above. continue to top of pan. making sure to end with meatball/sausage. sprinkle with the cheddar cheese.
  8. bake for 1hr or till all cheese is melted. let stand 5 min before cutting,
