Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3/4 cup salsa
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 can sliced olives
- 1 package corn muffin mix
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup corn
- 1 can diced green chilies
How To Make fiesta bake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2Grease 8-inch square baking dish

Step 3Cook beef and onion until beef is browned; drain

Step 4Stir in salsa, seasoning mix and water

Step 5Cook over low heat for 5-6 minutes or until mixture thickens

Step 6Stir in corn and olives

Step 7Spoon into prepared baking dish

Step 8Prepare batter for corn muffin mix according to package directions

Step 9Stir in cheese and chilies

Step 10Spread over meat mixture

Step 11Bake for 30-35 minutes or until crust is golden brown
