Ingredients
- 1 pound of hamburger meat
- 1 can fresh corn
- 1 package of corn tortillias
- 1 can ranch style beans
- 1 package of tortillias
- 1 can cream style of corn
- 1 can of rotel tomatoes
- 1 can green chiles
- 2 cups velveeta cheese
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
How To Make enchilada casserole

Step 1Brown meat with salt and pepper to taste. Add remaining seasonings, stir thoroughly.

Step 2In large bowl mix soup, cream style corn, corn, green chilies. Set aside.

Step 3Shred cheese, tear corn tortillas in pieces.

Step 4Grease a 13 x 9 pan and begin layering ; place a small amount of soup mixture in bottom of pan, layer of corn tortillas, meat, soup mixture, cheese and repeat. Finish with cheese on top, shred more cheese if necessary to cover top completely. Cover with foil and bake 350 for approximately 45 minutes.
