1 can(s)of rotel tomatoes

2 cvelveeta cheese

How to Make enchilada casserole
- Brown meat with salt and pepper to taste. Add remaining seasonings, stir thoroughly.
- In large bowl mix soup, cream style corn, corn, green chilies. Set aside.
- Shred cheese, tear corn tortillas in pieces.
- Grease a 13 x 9 pan and begin layering ; place a small amount of soup mixture in bottom of pan, layer of corn tortillas, meat, soup mixture, cheese and repeat. Finish with cheese on top, shred more cheese if necessary to cover top completely.
Cover with foil and bake 350 for approximately 45 minutes.
