easy scalloped potatoes and ham

Haven't made this in years, decided to make it last night for company along with some Brussels Spouts turned out good.

Ingredients

  • 5 medium russet potatoes( sleced thin)
  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (diced)
  • 3 tablespoons flour (heaping)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • - salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 1/2-2 cups milk
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1 small slice ham( cubed)

How To Make easy scalloped potatoes and ham

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl mix the potatoes, onion, garlic, ham, flour, salt and pepper and cheese.
  • Step 2
    Pour into a greased baking dish, pour milk over , place butter pats on top, place a lid on and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour remove lid and bake another 45 minutes to a hour or till potatoes are done.
