easy scalloped potatoes and ham
Haven't made this in years, decided to make it last night for company along with some Brussels Spouts turned out good.

Ingredients
- 5 medium russet potatoes( sleced thin)
- 1 small onion (diced)
- 3 cloves garlic (diced)
- 3 tablespoons flour (heaping)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- - salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 1/2-2 cups milk
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 small slice ham( cubed)
How To Make easy scalloped potatoes and ham

Step 1In a large bowl mix the potatoes, onion, garlic, ham, flour, salt and pepper and cheese.

Step 2Pour into a greased baking dish, pour milk over , place butter pats on top, place a lid on and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour remove lid and bake another 45 minutes to a hour or till potatoes are done.
