Haven't made this in years, decided to make it last night for company along with some Brussels Spouts turned out good.

  • 5 medium
    russet potatoes( sleced thin)
  • 1 small
    onion (diced)
  • 3 clove
    garlic (diced)
  • 3 Tbsp
    flour (heaping)
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ·
    salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 1/2-2 c
  • 1/3 c
  • 1 small
    slice ham( cubed)

How to Make Easy Scalloped Potatoes And Ham


  1. In a large bowl mix the potatoes, onion, garlic, ham, flour, salt and pepper and cheese.
  2. Pour into a greased baking dish, pour milk over , place butter pats on top, place a lid on and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour remove lid and bake another 45 minutes to a hour or till potatoes are done.
