Easy Mexican Lasagna
Great for a Mexican night at home.
2 ccooked shredded chicken
1 can(s)black beans, drained
1 can(s)corn, drained
2 cshredded mexican blend cheese
·salt and pepper
1 Tbspolive oil
How to Make Easy Mexican Lasagna
- Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
- add olive oil and spread on bottom of a baking dish 9x12
- in a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, salsa, beans and corn.
- place 3 tortillas in baking dish, and top with some of the mixture and add a layer of cheese, repeat process 2 more times....cover and bake for 45 mins, let cool before cutting.
