  • 500 g
    cooked pasta shells
  • 1 c
    cooked peas
  • 1 c
    raw carrot, shredded
  • 1/2 c
    red bell pepper
  • 1/2 c
    cheddar or mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 can(s)
    cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • 4
  • ·
    salt, pepper
  • 1/2 c
    parmigiano-reggiano, grated
  • 250 g
    ham slices

How to Make Easy Casserole


  1. Preheat oven to 350°. In large mixing bowl combine all ingredients, except parmigiano cheese.
  2. Place in a lightly greased baking dish, top with the cheese and bake for 20 minutes.
  3. If using microwave place it covered and cook 14 minutes in high.
