Ingredients

8 slicebread, cubed

2 ccooked chicken, diced

1/2 conion, chopped

2 Tbspfresh parsley, snipped

1 smallmushrooms, canned

1/2 cmayonnaise

3 mediumeggs
-
2 cmilk
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
dash(es)pepper
-
1 can(s)cream of chicken soup

1 cmozzarella cheese, shredded
How to Make Do Ahead Chicken Casserole
- Cut bread in 1 inch cubes, place, half of them in bottom of buttered 9 x 13 inch baking dish,
combine chicken, onion, parsley, mushrooms, mayonnaise and seasonings spoon over bread, top with remaining bread cubes.
Beat eggs slightly and blend in milk, pour over and cover casserole, refrigerate over night.
Just before baking top with undiluted soup.
