A really delicious and simple casserole. We usually serve it at brunch but it's perfect for any time of day.

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz pkg
    crescent rolls
  • ·
    vegetable cooking spray
  • 6-7 slice
    swiss cheese
  • 4
    eggs
  • 3/4 c
    milk
  • ·
    salt and pepper
  • 1/4 c
    finely chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley
  • 1-2 c
    broccoli florets

How to Make Crescent Roll Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Coat a 9x13 with cooking spray.
  2. Separate crescent dough and press into the bottom and 1 inch up the sides of the baking dish.
  3. Place cheese slices on top of dough.
  4. In a separate bowl mix the milk, eggs, onions, salt and pepper, and broccoli. Pour mixture over the cheese slices.
  5. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 1 hour or until the eggs are firm and the top is golden brown. Garnish with parsley and serve.
