A really delicious and simple casserole. We usually serve it at brunch but it's perfect for any time of day.

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz packages crescent rolls
  • - vegetable cooking spray
  • 6-7 slices swiss cheese
  • 4 - eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • - salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1-2 cup broccoli florets

How To Make crescent roll casserole

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350. Coat a 9x13 with cooking spray.
  • Step 2
    Separate crescent dough and press into the bottom and 1 inch up the sides of the baking dish.
  • Step 3
    Place cheese slices on top of dough.
  • Step 4
    In a separate bowl mix the milk, eggs, onions, salt and pepper, and broccoli. Pour mixture over the cheese slices.
  • Step 5
    Cover loosely with foil and bake for 1 hour or until the eggs are firm and the top is golden brown. Garnish with parsley and serve.
