Ingredients
- 5 large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 3 tablespoons self-rising flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 3/4 cup water
- 2/3 cup parmesan cheese
How To Make creamy chicken casserole

Step 1Place chicken pieces in a greased 9 x 13" pan.

Step 2Cook butter, flour, spices, and milk until thickened, over medium heat, stirring constantly. Add water and cheese. Mix well. Pour over chicken.

Step 3Mix 1 sleeve Ritz crackers and 3/4 stick butter, melted, together. Sprinkle over chicken.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
