This is a rich, creamy casserole I came up with by combining a couple of different recipes and adding my own twist. The family labeled this one "a keeper".

chicken tenders
1 pkg
frozen broccoli cuts
8 oz
cream cheese
2 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1 c
grated cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp
garlic powder
1 Tbsp
onion powder

How to Make Creamy Chicken Broccoli Casserole


  • 1Combine softened cream cheese and cream of chicken soup (I microwaved it for about 45 seconds to make it easier), garlic powder and onion powder. Set aside.
  • 2Cut chicken tenders into bite size pieces and combine with frozen broccoli in 13 x 9 baking pan.
  • 3Pour soup mixture over chicken/broccoli mixture, spreading to cover completely.
  • 4Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  • 5Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
  • 6Serve over rice or noodles.
