I created this new macaroni and cheese recipe. It's inspired by Kinder's cowboy butter seasoning.

Ingredients
- 1 cup cubed processed American cheese
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 4 tablespoons cowboy butter seasoning, divided
- 16 ounces dry elbow macaroni
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Irish butter
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons barbecue seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup half and half
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounces extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make cowboy butter macaroni and cheese

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2Coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Add cubed American cheese, crumbled blue cheese, and 2 tablespoons of cowboy butter seasoning; mix well.

Step 3Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.

Step 4Melt Irish butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add flour and barbecue seasoning; whisk for about 20 seconds.

Step 5Slowly whisk in heavy cream, half and half, cream cheese, and remaining cowboy butter seasoning together until melted and creamy.

Step 6Add cooked macaroni; stir well. Cover and let it simmer for 8 minutes.

Step 7Remove from heat. Pour over a prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle with shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese.

Step 8Bake for 30 minutes until the cheese is melted.
