Ingredients

210 1/2 oz cans cream of mushroom soup
-
10 1/2 ozcream of chicken soup
-
1 can(s)mushrooms
-
1 bag(s)frozen chopped broccoli
-
2 1/2 cmilk
-
3 cminute rice, uncooked
-
1 lbvelveeta
-
1 lbsausage, ham or chicken

How to Make Country Casserole
- Cook meat until well done, set aside. Pour milk into microwave safe bowl, cube cheese and add to milk. Cook 5 min on high. Cream soups together, add broccoli, rice and mushrooms. Mix well and add meat. Stir cheese, cook another 3-4 min to melt completely. Pour over other ingredients, salt and pepper. Pour into 9x13. Bake 45-60 min at 375 degrees or until golden brown.
- Try with salad and garlic bread, or as a side dish with no meat added and fried chicken.
