Ingredients

  • 8 - eggs, hard boiled
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon chopped chives
  • 1/3 cup cooked ham, finely chopped
  • 1 package shredded american cheese
  • SAUCE:
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • dash salt and pepper

How To Make company casserole 2, mom's

  • Step 1
    Cut eggs in half lengthwise, remove and mash yolks. Mix with butter, worcestershire, mustard, parsley, chives and ham. Fill whites with this. Arrange in greased flat 2 quart baking dish. Melt butter in pan, add broth, mix and add seasonings. Cook until smooth and thick, pour over eggs halves. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
