Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 large thinly sliced sweet onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can campbell's cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can campbell's tomato soup
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 16 ounces bag of medium or wide egg noodles
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
How To Make comforting amish casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2In a large skillet cook the hamburger and sweet onion on medium heat until cooked. Drain the grease.

Step 3Next, add the milk, mushroom soup, tomato soup, minced garlic, and Worcestershire sauce to the pan. Mix thoroughly with the hamburger and onions. Cook on medium low heat for 10 minutes until well combined. Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 4Cook the egg noodles according to the directions on the package. When done, drain them well.

Step 5Mix the egg noodles into the hamburger mixture and mix until combined.

Step 6Spray a 9 X 13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Spread the prepared mixture into the baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes.

Step 7Remove the pan from the oven and spread the parmesan cheese evenly over the top. Serve with warm dinner rolls.
