Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 10 ounces drained white albacore tuna
- 1 - 14.5 ounces cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1 small can, drained mushrooms
- Salt - and pepper to taste
- 2 1/4 cups chow mein noodles, divided
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese or favorite
How To Make ~ chopstick tuna bake ~

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degree F. Grease an 11 x 7 baking dish. In a small sauce pan over med heat, add butter. Stir in celery and onion, cook until tender crisp. In a med bowl, whisk together soup, water and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in onion and celery. Add 1 1/4 cup of noodles, mushrooms, salt, pepper, tuna, peas.

Step 2Pour into prepared dish, topping with remaining noodles and shredded Swiss.

Step 3Bake for 40 - 45 minutes or until heated through and bubbly. Serve with a salad. I
