chicken spaghetti casserole

This is a good recipe to make for a pot luck supper - you will have to douple all ingredients , using a 9 x 13" baking pan.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces angel hair pasta
- 2 tablespoons butter, unsalted
- 2 - boneless chicken breast, cooked and cubed
- 4 ounces pimento, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup green pepper, chopped
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 14 ounces chicken broth
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
How To Make chicken spaghetti casserole

Step 1Preheat oven 425 Cook spaghetti in boiling water according to directions. Saute the chopped onion, celery & g.pepper in the butter. Mix together the sauteed vegetables, chicken, chicken soup, pimentos, salt & pepper, chicken broth and cooked spaghetti.

Step 2Place all of this in a lightly greased 2 qt.baking dish. Stir cheese & panko crumbs together and spread on top. Dot with butter. Bake 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown.
