Ingredients

8 ozangel hair pasta
-
2 Tbspbutter, unsalted
-
2boneless chicken breast, cooked and cubed
-
4 ozpimento, chopped
-
1 conion, chopped
-
1 ccelery, chopped
-
1 cgreen pepper, chopped
-
3 Tbspbutter
-
2 can(s)cream of chicken soup
-
1 tspkosher salt
-
1/2 tspblack pepper
-
14 ozchicken broth
-
2 ccheddar cheese, shredded
-
1 cpanko bread crumbs
How to Make Chicken Spaghetti Casserole
- Preheat oven 425
Cook spaghetti in boiling water according to directions.
Saute the chopped onion, celery & g.pepper in the butter.
Mix together the sauteed vegetables, chicken, chicken soup, pimentos, salt & pepper, chicken broth and cooked spaghetti. - Place all of this in a lightly greased 2 qt.baking dish.
Stir cheese & panko crumbs together and spread on top.
Dot with butter.
Bake 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown.
