chicken spaghetti casserole

This is a good recipe to make for a pot luck supper - you will have to douple all ingredients , using a 9 x 13" baking pan.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces angel hair pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter, unsalted
  • 2 - boneless chicken breast, cooked and cubed
  • 4 ounces pimento, chopped
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 14 ounces chicken broth
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs

How To Make chicken spaghetti casserole

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven 425 Cook spaghetti in boiling water according to directions. Saute the chopped onion, celery & g.pepper in the butter. Mix together the sauteed vegetables, chicken, chicken soup, pimentos, salt & pepper, chicken broth and cooked spaghetti.
  • Step 2
    Place all of this in a lightly greased 2 qt.baking dish. Stir cheese & panko crumbs together and spread on top. Dot with butter. Bake 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown.
