2 cchopped cooked chicken breast meat
2 cuncooked spaghetti noodles, broken into 2 inch pieces (about 7 oz.)
1 csliced celery ( 1/4 inch thick)
1 cchopped red pepper
1 cchopped onion
1 cfat-free low sodium chicken broth
1/4 tspblack pepper
2 can(s)10.75 ounce cream of mushroom soup
1 cshredded cheddar cheese divided
How to Make Chicken Spaghetti Casserole
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine broth, salt & pepper, and soup in a bowl with a whisk.
Add soup mix to chicken mix.
- Divide casserole in 2 - 8 inch square pans.
Sprinkle 1/2 of cheese over each casserole.
Cover each pan with foil coated with cooking spray.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
Uncover and bake for additional 10 minutes.
Each 8 X 8 pan makes 4 servings.
