frozen chopped spinach

artichoke quarters, drained
15 oz. can(s)
italian diced tomatoes, drained

milk
1/2 c
cooked chicken, chopped (1" to 2" pcs.)

shredded mozzarella cheese

How to Make CHICKEN, RICE & ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2Thaw and remove excess water from spinach
  • 3Coat a 2 qt. baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
  • 4Prepare rice according to package directions.
  • 5In a large bowl combine rice, sauce, spinach, artichokes, tomatoes, milk, and chicken. Top with cheese.
  • 6Bake 20 min.
