Ingredients

  • - cooking spray
  • 1 bag success white rice
  • 15 oz. jars classico four cheese sauce
  • 10 oz packages frozen chopped spinach
  • 14 oz. packages artichoke quarters, drained
  • 15 oz. cans italian diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken, chopped (1" to 2" pcs.)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

How To Make chicken, rice & artichoke casserole

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Thaw and remove excess water from spinach
  • Step 3
    Coat a 2 qt. baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
  • Step 4
    Prepare rice according to package directions.
  • Step 5
    In a large bowl combine rice, sauce, spinach, artichokes, tomatoes, milk, and chicken. Top with cheese.
  • Step 6
    Bake 20 min.
