Ingredients
- - cooking spray
- 1 bag success white rice
- 15 oz. jars classico four cheese sauce
- 10 oz packages frozen chopped spinach
- 14 oz. packages artichoke quarters, drained
- 15 oz. cans italian diced tomatoes, drained
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken, chopped (1" to 2" pcs.)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
How To Make chicken, rice & artichoke casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Thaw and remove excess water from spinach

Step 3Coat a 2 qt. baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.

Step 4Prepare rice according to package directions.

Step 5In a large bowl combine rice, sauce, spinach, artichokes, tomatoes, milk, and chicken. Top with cheese.

Step 6Bake 20 min.
