  • 1 bag(s)
    success white rice
  • 15 oz. jar(s)
    classico four cheese sauce
  • 10 oz pkg
    frozen chopped spinach
  • 14 oz. pkg
    artichoke quarters, drained
  • 15 oz. can(s)
    italian diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    cooked chicken, chopped (1" to 2" pcs.)
  • 1 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese

How to Make CHICKEN, RICE & ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Thaw and remove excess water from spinach
  3. Coat a 2 qt. baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
  4. Prepare rice according to package directions.
  5. In a large bowl combine rice, sauce, spinach, artichokes, tomatoes, milk, and chicken. Top with cheese.
  6. Bake 20 min.
