Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen hash brown potatoes (32 oz)
- 12 ounces frozen broccoli florets
- 3 thin chicken breasts, cooked and diced
- 12-16 ounces bacon, fried and diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- salt and pepper, to taste
- garlic powder, to taste, optional
- onion powder, to taste, optional
How To Make chicken potato casserole

Step 1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Empty the hash browns into a large mixing bowl. Add broccoli, chicken, bacon and 1 cup of the cheese.

Step 2Add the cream of chicken soup and milk into the bowl. Mix until ingredients are combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper as well as garlic and onion powders, if using.

Step 3Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Add mixture to the pan and top with remaining cup of cheese.

Step 4Bake for 30 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted. Enjoy!
